By accessing or using BudgetBite, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must not use BudgetBite if prohibited by applicable law. The service is not intended for children under 13.

BudgetBite is an informational grocery-budget and meal-planning tool. It creates meal suggestions, recipes, grocery lists, store-location results, and cost estimates from user inputs and representative seed data. The service is not a grocery retailer, delivery service, medical provider, dietitian, or financial adviser.

Grocery prices currently shown by BudgetBite are estimates based on seed catalog data. They are not live, cached, store-specific, checkout-exact, or guaranteed. Actual price, product size, availability, tax, substitutions, promotions, loyalty pricing, membership pricing, delivery fees, service fees, and tips may differ.

You are responsible for checking current prices and availability before purchasing. A plan that appears to fit a budget may cost more at checkout.

BudgetBite uses Google Maps Platform to discover locations for supported chains. Listing a retailer or store does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or an official retailer integration. Third-party services and destinations are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, and availability.

Allergy, preference, and avoidance information is supplied by users. BudgetBite cannot guarantee that meal suggestions, ingredient data, manufacturer practices, substitutions, or cross-contact conditions are complete or safe for a particular person.

Always inspect product labels and warnings, verify ingredients with manufacturers or retailers, prevent unsafe cross-contact, follow safe food-handling guidance, and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice. Nutrition-related information is general information, not medical advice.

You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person's account or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

You may not use BudgetBite to:

• violate law or another person's rights;
• interfere with security, access controls, availability, rate limits, or operation of the service;
• introduce malicious code, scrape protected systems, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization;
• misrepresent generated estimates as verified live retailer prices; or
• resell, copy, or exploit the service beyond permissions granted by law or these Terms.

BudgetBite may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability or comply with provider requirements. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, provider failures, or events outside BudgetBite's control. Continued availability of any retailer or data source is not guaranteed.

BudgetBite may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BudgetBite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or that meal plans will satisfy a particular budget, dietary need, or outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BudgetBite and those involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on estimates, product availability, allergens, nutrition information, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Rights that cannot legally be waived or limited remain unaffected.

These Terms may be updated as BudgetBite changes. The revised page will show a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
